Salary Details
The salary structure varies significantly based on the post and whether the position is permanent (scale of pay) or contract-based (consolidated pay).

Deputy Manager (General) 65,800 – 1,25,200 (Scale of pay).

Business Development Officer 30,000 + Performance-based incentives.
Office Executive 22,290 (Consolidated monthly pay).

Qualification details
Manager (General)
Education:Graduate with JAIIB OR B.E./B.Tech (with MBA or JAIIB) OR LLB (with MBA or JAIIB) OR CA/CMA.
Experience:Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in a Bank or Financial Institution.
Age:Below 40 years.
Deputy Manager (General)
Education:Same as Manager.
Experience:Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience.
Age:Below 35 years.
Credit Officer (On Contract)
Education:Graduation in any discipline.
Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in credit appraisal within Banks/NBFCs.
Age:Below 40 years.
Business Development Officer (On Contract)
Education:Graduation in any discipline.
Experience:Experience in marketing or financial services is preferred.
Age:Below 35 years.
Office Executive (On Contract)
Education:Graduation with proficiency in computer operations and data entry (English and Malayalam typing).
Age:Below 35 years.
Technical Advisor (On Contract)
Education:First Class B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:5 years of relevant experience.
Age:Below 45 years.
Note: Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates is applicable as per government norms.
