1.General Manager – Projects

Location: Trivandrum

Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience: Minimum 15 years and above in project management or related field.

Skills: Proven leadership ability, strong project planning and execution expertise, excellent communication and team management skills.
2.Project Manager

Location: Palakkad, Ernakulam, Kannur

Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience: 8 to 15 years in construction project management.

Skills: Strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and proficiency in site coordination and client communication.

3.Sr. Site Engineer/ Trainee Engineer

Location: Kannur, Calicut, Thrissur, Alappuzha, Ernakulam, Kollam, Kottayam, Trivandrum.

Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience: 1 to 9 years in site supervision and construction execution.

Skills: Technical expertise, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environmentclient communication.

4.Store Keeper

Location: Ernakulam, Alappuzha

Qualification: Any Graduation

Experience:2 to 5 years in store management or materials handling.

Skills: Inventory control, record keeping, and basic computer proficiency.

5. Site Accountant

Location: Ernakulam

Qualification: B.Com

Experience: 2 to 5 years in site accounting and financial record maintenance,

Skills: Strong accounting knowledge, accuracy in reporting, and proficiency in MS Office and Tally.

6.MEP Engineer

Location: Trivandrum

Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Experience: 1 to 4 years in MEP installation, coordination, and maintenance.
