Aircraft dispatchers are responsible for managing the entire aircraft turnaround cycle. Their role ensures safe, timely departures while maintaining compliance with airline procedures and aviation regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee aircraft turnaround operations
- Coordinate with flight crew and ground teams
- Perform weight & balance calculations
- Supervise load planning activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
- Monitor payload distribution and update TOBT (Target Off-Block Time)
- Investigate delays and allocate delay codes
- Report unsafe practices
Operational Importance

Qualifications
